Who are TropaNeurs?

Simply put...TropaNeurs are tribes of kin.

A tribe is a group of people. A kin is a unit of time. Art-Science is a base20 unit of celestial frequencies. This art is a collection of scientific processes and methods reflected in the organization, Velatropa24Ventures CO (V24V). Founded by small business owner and Chief Creative Directress, Chelsea, Kin 142, the TropaNeur School of Celestial Arts (TSCA) extends V24V's network as a central hub for building kinship and spiritual atheletes.     Mainstream Science negates, ignores and discredits various aspects of reality. Modern technology operates, unidimensionally, from foundations taught in traditional education based on Newtonian mechanics.     Art begins with 0. The artist is 0. The science is 1+0. The art-science is a fractal of 20. A fractal is a pattern of self-similarity, maintaining its structure at every scale. Any artform that uses a set of 20 tools, 20 shapes, 20 hues or 20 things is vigesimal fractal of art-science.

  • Tokenomics

    Three types of economics describe financial behavior and the global language of money: The Economics of Separation, The Economics of Reunion, The Tokenomics of Regenerative Flow. In other words, there is interest-based Usury Economics defined by scarcity and endless growth provided by fiat currencies. Then, there is degrowth, commons-based Sacred Economics defined by gifts and abundance, provided by local currencies. It motivates and empowers each collective unit, the individual fractal as a person in a family with a spirit and a purpose, willing to make an impact in the real world through the power of art, math and moral intelligence.

With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, nearly a decade of experience as a finance and systems-science professional and five years of experience working with dot-bar, vigesimal mathematics and fractal harmonics, Chelsea is a next-generation leader and thinker. Her versatility and talent with numbers is embedded within her multiple web designs, courses, content creations and co-developed organizational management strategies. As founder of the TropaNeur School of Celestial Arts (TSCA) and Velatropa24Ventures CO (V24V), a financial, IT and arts business, she currently works as V24V's Chief Creative Directress, promoting the utility and relevance of Kin Synergetics and the 13-period fiscal calendar, harmonizing with the 13 Moon/28-Day Synchronometer. As a native Memphian, she enjoys reading, coding, birdwatching, studying, meditating on multidimensional matrices and living the 13:20 life of her galactic signature, Kin 142, White Crystal Wind, a living embodiment of Time Is Art.

Healing Arts Practitioner

Sharon Ann Rose is a visionary guide, author and ceremonialist devoted to the restoration of feminine power and leadership. With over 25 years in Women’s Rites of Passage, somatic healing, and spiritual mentorship, she bridges ancestral wisdom with modern embodiment. Sharon holds a Master of Divinity and a BA in Women’s Studies, Sociology and Cultural Anthropology, and has trained in multiple holistic and ceremonial traditions. She is the creator of The Wombing SanctuaryTM and author of Faces of the Mother and other published works on feminine restoration.
